Since the Galaxy Tab A 7.0 (2016) got a silent release, the Tab E 7.0 (2016) might get the same treatment soon, as it has just been spotted in a FCC listing.
Samsung has just introduced the Galaxy Tab A 7.0 (2016) tablet in a silent manner, simply making it available for purchase without any official press release or event to go with that. Since that is a Lollipop-powered tablet that will not see any official Marshmallow update given its price range, the Galaxy Tab E 7.0 will probably hit the market in the same way.
Samsung Galaxy Tab E 7.0 might spend a few more days in the rumor mill before becoming official, since its LTE variant has just been spotted in a fresh FCC listing. To be more precise, the model that has been certified is Samsung SM-T825M, and its certifications include FDD-LTE, WCDMA, and the GSM networks. In addition to these, it was also certified for dual band WiFi and Bluetooth.
Samsung Galaxy Tab E 7.0 (2016) with LTE has a quad-core processor and uses a modest 7-inch IPS display with 1,280X800 pixels. Additional features include 1.5 GB RAM, 8 GB internal storage, probably 2 MP/5 MP cameras. We will probably hear about it hitting the market later this month, also loaded with Android 5.1 Lollipop.
